...but I (and I am sure many of you too) feel bad for our fellow VT brothers (players) who are representing VT on the field and are practicing and playing hard. They are certainly not being managed or led capably. That seems to be abundantly clear.

But what compounds the problem making it much worse is when a coach says absolutely nothing post game each week about the problem of his own leadership (except for the ref not hearing his time out call vs. Liberty) That is why a player as good And as high quality as Hendon Hooker feels the need to step up and take responsibility and call our any detractors from the team, game or season. Hendon shouldn’t have to do that. This is not his fault! The 40 something year old coach who is at the helm should take at least some of that load, stating the obvious (that he ain’t up to the standard that he was hired for) or simply do the right thing and step down.
