Pros: Would be relatively cheap hire, would buy immediate good will with a lot of the fanbase, proven as a recruiter and has worked for a who's who list of coaches.

Cons: No head coaching experience, if it goes bad it would go really bad.

TBD: If he wants to return, but if he does you would think that he would be willing to stick around.
