Leave. Fuente is a fine coach & runs a clean program. All programs ebb and flow. The fans were wrong to give up on Stiney and Beamer & you’re already doing it again with Fuente. Paying Fuente that much money to go away will only cause our program to continue to under preform. Unless the next coach happens to luck out & find an under recruited Michael Vick & happens to have some solid other pieces at the same time it’s not happening in Blacksburg by changing coaches every 6-10 years. We aren’t dethroning anyone like Clemson unless we have help from schools like Clemson & they hurt themselves with their own coaching changes or a probation. (See Miami or FSU) It’s just not happening. We should be happy to run a clean program & hope we get lucky one day but demanding it to happen will never make it happen in Blacksburg. Even if we had unlimited resources and we don’t. If a school could demand it to happen than Michigan would’ve done it a long time ago.
