The early 1990s. I realize this is an unhelpful post, but it is a real bummer seeing VaTech squander all that was special during the Beamer era. Watching Fowler eulogize VT football, post beamer, hit me hard. He is spot on.

ESPN used to look forward to coming to Blacksburg. We are now Duke/wake.
