No they are not. They are barely compensated for what they bring to the


University and if you are employed that is a totally different legal and moral situation. But your boss and employer are STILL legally and fiscally liable for your saftey. Putting you in an unsafe situation against your consent is one of the things Lawyers get woodies over.
It's not complicated and that's a silly argument you make.
