We've had a lot of bad moments in the last few years:
* end of the 10 win streak
* end of the winning record streak
* end of the commonwealth cup streak
* now, end of the bowl streak

With the bar lowering on recruiting each year, it just feels like there isn't much to be excited about. Even today, all the announcements about 4 & 5 stars, none of them came to VT. We no longer seem to have a national profile. Even if Fuente gets fired next season, whoever comes in for 2022 will have a pretty empty cupboard. I just don't see a lot of optimism for the next few years.
