In the past, the players were VT students just like I used to be. We had that in common. Now they come and go like pro free agents, they view the whole thing as a job and many have no attachment to the school, consequently, I'm not as interested in them.

I know that it is fair to let them move at will, but it doesn't mean I have to like it or support it.
