UNC, UM or FSU could take down Clemson
Things go in cycles and can fall apart quickly. It is very hard to stay at the top, and it shouldn't be expected that Clemson and Alabama can keep winning their leagues every year. At one point over the past few decades, the following teams were regular conference title contenders but have really fallen apart: FSU, Auburn, Texas, USC, Florida, Michigan.
One of the following will eventually happen:
A) An ACC team will get an elite playmaker and have enough team chemistry to supplant Clemson.
B) Clemson will recruit some of the wrong kids that creates a bad team environment, or miss on their talent evaluation, or have unfortunate injuries.
