Obviously some internal issues at marshal


frankly their stadium is antiquated and there is no plans for any improvement in funding. They are lost in CUSA and the CUSA schools are stepping up. ODU has a sparkling new stadium as do charlotte and the other schools.

Only Southern Miss and Marsharl is lagging.

I think Doc asked and was rejected.
