Bede's assist numbers have cratered and he's even more tentative in attacking this year than he was last year. His defense is is still very good and he doesn't turn the ball over, but a shot by him serves the same purpose. You are right in that we need 2 shooting threats on the floor at all times and they have to be 2 of the 3 guards because we don't have a stretch 4 right now.

Louisville has the best backcourt in the ACC, and it's not particularly close either. Bede and Radford did an admirable job on those guys but we just couldn't score at all with those 2 on the floor.
