I thought Buzz came up with some outstanding offensive strategies against UVA. Just genius stuff that worked.

That said, I still don't understand why an non-genius strategy wouldn't work. That strategy being 5 out. Put our best penetrator with the ball at the top of the key. Put our two best shooters on the wings and put the two big men on the baseline. UVA should be in their perfect pack line alignment. Have the penetrator go hard left or right to the rim. Either help comes from the ball side wing defender or not. If help comes, the penetrator kicks to the shooter on the wing that should have some space to get up a good shot. If help doesn't come, go to the rim and hope to either make the shot or get fouled.
