Radford to plead guilty to DUI tomorrow (link).


Turk doesn't think he'll get jail time. He did have a pistol (unloaded, no ammo on him either) on him when we was arrested. Turk said that Radford had taken a concealed carry course - their story is that he thought taking the course would allow him to carry the pistol and they'll explain that to the judge.
