Seriously? I agree DUI is a serious offense but do you not think having


his name plastered across ESPN and other sports stations was a huge consequence? He'll have to do some type of corrective action (classes, suspended license) to satisfy the court. He's already had to sit out two games and probably more. He will forever be announced as the player who was indefinitely suspended for DUI. That's a lot of consequences for a 21-year-old college kid to have to deal with. And if he's as good a kid as we think he is, he has already learned his lesson. The fact that he offered for the state to keep his gun for the next 12 months (even though they said he had the right to keep it) and is prepared to do whatever he needs to do to satisfy the court says a lot. I got a DUI at Tech when I was 21 and trust me, I learned my lesson without half of Radford's consequences.
