There was a post earlier regarding belief in Cattoor being the man for late game shots. I’ve got text message proof right after the Louisville game where I said Cattoor makes that shot the next time. SO PROP ME UP! I kid I kid, but he reminds me of one of those guys who holds a grudge on every small failure he makes.

Also also Muttsy.... can he possibly play another year? Either way, whatever magic happens during his time with us he’s going to be an unsung hero, one of those you act like you are giving him credit but he’s still not getting the credit he deserves.

And Radford... I don’t want to spill my heart on this, but the whole published story oozes of him being a very stand up kid that A) young and unwise choices.. B) mature adults get DUI’s... C) the podcast that spoke of his teenage years being rough with tragedy — many people carry guns on their person for various reasons — don’t prop him up because he plays basketball.. I try to deny any bias on VT issues and with this I really feel okay with him coming back to play very soon. He was honest and candid with the officer, the gun was unloaded and bought legally. The facts and issues brought up in court as to what happens and how he handled himself during the police interaction are all in Radford’s favor. Way more harm will be done by throwing the book at this kid. I get the sense that he is totally ate up and beside himself that he wasn’t out competing with his boys on the court!
