I know this story is written from a UVA perspective, but it made me wonder


I am not knowledgeable enough to take either side, but is it possible that Virginia Tech's football program has been getting lower and lower ratings not so much because of the talent of the athletes being pursued, but because of the overall record of the team currently versus what it was 5 or 10 years ago?
