No matter what happens here on out...


Just know that a 3rd place finish in Year 2, with the shape of the roster he inherited, is way ahead of schedule

Bodes well for the next 2 years and moving forward

Being able to use this as a recruiting bump while still in the honeymoon phase is huge as well

Phenomenal job all around for this staff
