Sorry you don't understand management...
When you treat your top performers the same as you treat the rest of a struggling team, you lose your few strong performers and end up performing worse than ever in the long run. As someone who has seen this happen time and time again in the corporate world, folks that are upset about TG leaving have a point. CJF started off on the wrong page with a pay cut to a great recruiter and position coach, which I would have taken as an insult if I were TG. I like the CJF hire but he was dumb by overpaying our Special Teams coach and cutting the salaries of our existing coaches. We all value loyalty but this was boarder line nepotism.
