Does anyone know of data regarding the frequency of injuries among big offensive linemen in general versus injuries among linemen of Asian descent? Please don't go racism on this as I'm asking a serious question. I don't recall Eugene Chung being frequently injured but that's been awhile. These men are huge and I only wonder if there is a potential weakness in their joints due to their very large size. Sumo wrestlers are also very large men, but I have no knowledge of their injury rates, plus, many of those guys are Polynesian and not categorized as Asian descent directly. Just wondering if there is a link that young men should be aware of. I'd hate to be a phenomenal athlete of excessive size who may face a future of immobility.
