Players make all their own calls except during a timeout. Absolutely no play calling from the sidelines. Sure there would be more sloppy plays but let the players play. Busted plays & hurry up offenses add excitement & stress conditioning. There would also be a benefit to having astute players or captains that may not be as athletic but have a good mind for the game. It is a team sport & you need all types.

The games are loud enough for players w/o having a speaker in your helmet just a matter of time before we have players complaining of hearing lose.
