Agree. I think lots of people WANT to love him, and he was our best option


but he really wasn't very good most of the time. His career (at VT) passer rating of 124.12 would have ranked him 79th in FBS 2015.

I agree that there is a good chance we get improved performance at that position this coming up year, despite (likely) breaking in a new QB.
