Basketball:
- 5 guys on the floor only
- We can see plenty of players jumping ship and moving from team to team
- Buzz can essentially have one-on-one time with his key players
- Team chemistry is affected by only a few, sometimes just one
- Players follow coaches all the time (that certainly helped Buzz)

Football:
- 22 guys playing very unique and different positions
- No FB Team can turn around quickly like they can in BB (it only takes one or two in BB)
- It takes a full staff to manage/organize a football team
- Team chemistry dictated many times by Senior Leadership, getting the right players to align with Offense and Defense approach
- Many commits stay with program when coaches leave (like location, school programs, etc.)
