As a freedom advocate, I just don't believe in government bans.


Now, if the government, or any employer for that matter, wants to demand its employees be drug free and use a random drug test regimen to enforce that policy, I don't have a problem with that. But if a person is able to use whatever without killing anybody other than themselves, that should be their prerogative to do so. They just won't be able to keep a job working anywhere that tests their employees.

And if they DO hurt or kill somebody while high, then they're guilty of some form of negligence or homicide and the law should then punish them accordingly.
