Charlotte in Dec is a vacation hotspot?


I'm not saying DC is the right choice, but only significant reason Charlotte works is the location - both the city and the stadium. While the weather in Charlotte is marginally better than DC in early Dec, it's still far from suntanning weather and there is far more to see and do in DC than Charlotte.
