Definitely. It's a brand new offense, but I'm convinced the O is legit
even with those questions. As vtchem75 mentioned below, the biggest question is the running game. VT needs to figure out how to establish a running game IMO. However, this offense is so wide open and with so much misdirection that you could argue the running game isn't as important as it used to be.
My question is how good is the defense. Although very much improved from last year ranked 9th in the country, I'm still concerned about those 1-on-1 jump balls in man coverage. Those are game changers and momentum shifters. Seems to be the only consistent issue good offenses like Tennessee and East Carolina have taken advantage of so far this season.
