What are UNC and L-ville doing that Tech has not?

As I watched the games yesterday, I was thinking how we've got our sights on Clemson and Florida State. That is the level at which we want Virginia Tech to be playing.

But at this point, North Carolina and Louisville are the hot teams in the league. Its fine to set your eyes on Clemson.

But what are the Heels and the Cards doing? Is there anything Tech needs to do?
