More telling than the line itself is how it moves after it comes out


For example, the line in the VT - UNC game started around UNC -5 and crept towards VT all week. A few hours before the game it shot up to VT favored by 3 (probably when they learned Hood was out, or that the weather wasn't improving).

ECU line moved towards Tech all week, as did Miami.

This one is moving towards Pitt, which is not good.
