Nobody is overturning anything, it either has to be thrown out in court (which as far as I know hasn't been settled) or a new bill has to be passed repealling HB2 and signed by the new gov (who doesn't take office until January.........)

I'm not sure what you mean by the exisiting gov (that IS MCRARY) overturned it (no he didn't........it was BILL signed into law) and then the fed gov overturned it (no they didn't, they took it to court, is that case settled???)
