VT built our brand on those exceptions, and did pretty well.

There is NO DOUBT recruiting stars and overall talent matters greatly..BUT, I will never discount the importance and existence of exceptions to that rule; an undervalued guy who flies under the radar (I'm talking to YOU Sam Rogers...and others). Those guys are often the beasts..Problem is, it's MUCH harder with all the camps and websites to find those guys these days..Harder, but NOT impossible.

I'm banking on us having found a couple this year!
