"initiated unwanted sex" Yes, that's sexual assault.


Obviously there's a lot we don't know, but if he started having sex with her when she hadn't consented, then it's rape. I don't know about the guy who stopped. I'd imagine it would be less severe of a crime, but that it would still be a crime if he didn't have consent in the first place.
