I'll start clicking again but some advice...
Its not about our fan base being unforgiving for errors in an article or rookie mistakes. People won't turn against a writer for that. The bigger issue is whether a writer, especially a beat writer, is trying to make their mark by stirring up trouble and being a rabble-rouser. Hokie Nation has had more than its share of these type of "journalists" and our tolerance is low. Not saying this was your intent but there was a sense of a negative vibe brewing in your articles. Yea we all understand controversy sells. Its a fast fry shortcut to clicks but there is also risk to such an approach. You got a taste of that, perhaps unfairly if that wasn't your intent.
