Yeah, but we say that every year.

And every year, they wind up with depth problems.

Not all of the depth problems are created by injury or sickness, either. Sometimes, guys just aren't ready, or aren't good enough, or something else happens.

Classic example: Tyrie Jackson. We hear he's tearing it up in practice, yet, due to undisclosed issues, he was ineligible for much of this year, and Buzz finally decided to redshirt him. So when J-Rob tweaks his ankle, Seth Allen has to play the point and there's no one left behind him because Buzz is redshirting Devin Wilson, too. (Remember when everyone was excited about him providing depth behind J-Rob this year? Not so much.)

Last year at this point, people were talking about the depth Khadim Sy was going to provide yet he only plays 11.4 minutes a game, and it feels like less.

You list all those players ... and I don't disagree with you ... but at this time next year, I predict that a few of them will be erased by various factors, and the Hokies will be down to 7 or 8 guys, maybe fewer. (They're playing with 6.5 right now.)

Sorry to be a downer, I just get frustrated with this pattern repeating itself year after year, yet FSU is somehow able -- and willing -- to play 12 guys in an early March game.
