The problem this year was the players, not the system.

You lose a guy who is a frontrunner for NBA ROY, a dominant big man in Gill, a solid 7-footer off the bench in Tobey, and what many assumed to be an All-ACC selection in Nichols, and most teams are going to struggle though what many call a rebuilding year.

The "system" did just fine while we won ACC titles and put players in the NBA. We've got great talent right now, it's just young talent. Next year we'll take a step forward due to the sheer talent we brought in last year (2 of which redshirted). Seems like a lot of wishful thinking here that this is going to derail the juggernaut down in Charlottesville. I fear you'll be disappointed.
