Assuming he was eligible to return to the US, you don't think


the NCAA could grant him a "hardship waiver" given the unusual circumstances? Also, I was considering the possibility that other countries may have slightly different eligibility requirements than the NCAA. So while he may have used up his NCAA eligibility, he may be eligible in another country to play 1 more season at a university while he finishes up his degree.
