College or high school coaches who coached as long as he did could win one at each (OK that's exaggerating but Defintely a good number could take those keys and win a couple titles)

He's a personable guy and recruits well, but he's just average as far as X's & Os and getting most out of the talent he has is concerned

I say he's overrated because of all the hype goes but in the continuum of average to good to great; he's slightly better than good. Wouldn't call him great. I bite my tongue when I say this but K is more in the great range
