Buzz has built things up a little quicker than SG did perhaps. But I think some of that is due to the success we had under Greenberg. HS players do remember us being competitive for the most part in a competitive league. Greenberg was recruiting players who may have vaguely remembered VT playing mid-major basketball and getting to the tournament at some time.

Now, if Buzz can get us to a Sweet 16 or Elite 8 and/or make the tournament 2 or 3 more times in the next 4 or 5 years, then I think he take SG's place. But as of yet, he has us on a similar track that Greenberg had (IMO, if you remove SG's third year, their tracks are nearly identical).
