And as egregious as that was some spokesman for the NCAA has said since that was enforced that they would likely never do a "death penalty" again because it had such a negative impact on the college, the town, etc.

I'm no UNC fan but for a university president to throw that "death penalty" term around is irresponsible. Clearly has an ax to grind.
