Very good article by Andy Bitter. All the things that need to be done to keep season ticket holders and athletic supporters are goals of Babcock, but the Hokie Club is letting him down. They are basically unresponsive to Hokies like me, never got a call from Hokie Rep in 40 years, never got any questions from them on why I stopped buying season tickets and reduced giving level two years ago.
