Grier is a pretty good Quarterback. Yes, he was surrounded by SEC talent, but he also was playing against SEC talent (the Gators had played Tennessee and Ole Miss before he was booted). He did a very good job and the Florida offense fell off a cliff after he left.

If you think he's just an OK QB, you're kidding yourself.
