it was good policy, but rather because he was forced to because he could no longer land in-state prospects.

It was just a typical case of people wanting to read into things to draw their own conclusions. I'm all about casting a wider net. And the reason we can is because Tech has a great national "brand". Created by 20+ years of a consistently excellent product.
