The new assistant would need to be an asset in some other key area as well (i.e. ties to a recruiting area, AAU team, etc) because I don't see Buzz going out and hiring someone who is a post developer when he knows his system doesn't require it

I think it would take a serious shift in philosophy for Buzz to all of a sudden start landing higher rated post players.

There's a reason he called Khadim Sy his best post recruit of his career....
