It only flies under the radar because it's still relatively new and not visibly falling apart like Oakland and San Diego.

Otherwise everything about it is bad. Remote location, horrendous traffic, the Metro is a mile away, the obstructed views, etc. There is nothing else in the area like restaurants, bars, etc. And then you arrive to Daniel Snyder selling expired peanuts and beer. Yeah, he did that.

I'm local and I haven't been to a Redskins game since 2009. It's not even remotely worth it. But I will be there for our WVU game. Can't miss Tech football in town.
