While USC may not have much to show for it, the fact remains they are a passionate football school. Sold out stadium. Legit atmosphere. Its football first and everything else is a distant second. That should appeal to a football recruit more than UNC.
Penn State- I hate them but their pedigree is top 10 easily. And if you haven't noticed they are pretty much crushing it these days. Kicking our ass recruiting too.
