It's going to be incremental. Need to land a KJ Henry, tough but not...


impossible this year. Then win some more, then land more high caliber guys, then get to a 12-win season and so on. Good model is to follow how Clemson's recruiting classes evolved from 2011 onward.

First they got guys like CJ Spiller and Tajh Boyd, then started winning more and each year the 4* and 5* guys became a larger part of their class. But to win those first few, Dabo had to go up against Saban, Fisher, Meyer and win a few and he did just that.

Don't think that Fuente and staff are "sales-y" enough to do that in my opinion, so he's going to have to win by scheme. It's more the Paul Johnson / Mike Leach model rather than the focus on recruiting that Ohio State, FSU and Clemson have employed, or that you will see a team even like Minnesota have now with a guy like PJ Fleck have at the helm.
