I don't think we'll see any DEs or OLs move to DT.

Just about all of Virginia Tech's DEs aren't big enough to play inside. One of those who is, Robert Porcher IV, will likely move there in the future.

Strictly speaking from a numbers perspective, VT is fine at tackle. Below Ricky Walker and Tim Settle, VT has
Jarrod Hewitt (R-Fr.)
Jimmie Taylor (R-Fr.)
Darius Fullwood (R-So.)
Xavier Burke (R-So.)
J'Bril Glaze (Fr.)

You add Cam Goode and Joe Kane to that after this season, and the numbers will be just fine there. This unit has a great chance to be good as a whole in the 2019 season. In fact, I think 2019 could be when VT starts to peak.
