Question for the QB gurus

Perhaps it has already been addressed, but regarding JJ's performance (stellar to be sure), I couldn't help but notice that a large percentage of his throws were...to be blunt...kind of ugly looking. The ball didn't spiral, and some throws had very little rotation at all (the bounce pass in the endzone in the first quarter comes to mind). Now he did have the occasional pretty ball to be fair. My question is: did you spot anything mechanical that may be to blame? Is this something I can look forward to watching improve in years to come, etc?

I don't want to take away from an amazing performance. JJ got things done and that's what matters. I can't remember seeing a redshirt freshman having a better first game. This is just something I'm curious about.
