I know nothing about this case but work with agencies in similar work-


I would doubt that a prosecutor would try to push a sell case if that in fact was not what he was trying to do. The quantity found only relates to the level of crime. Quantity does not equate to intent.

I'm not sworn and involved on the tech side but that's my limited understanding.

In terms of prosecution, the courts are waaaaaay more lenient on the suspect and prosecutors won't waste time on a case they solidly cannot provide evidence for in court.
