I wouldn't draft him to be honest
People fall in love with his talent but he's about the 20th best passing QB in the power 5. And, while you have to factor in his legs, he won't last long in the NFL if he runs 10+ times a game. That's 160 hits, at least, over the course of a season. That's a lot.
The problem with dual-threat QBs is that while their legs give them an added dimension, they still have to be above-average passers. Vick was at times, McNabb was, and Watson will be with the Texans. If you're not then it's too easy for defensive coordinators to scheme against your offense and bait your QB into poor throws.
I just can't see him being a successful quarterback in the NFL without years of development.
