Everybody is enamored (and rightfully so) with Lamar Jackson. His games against FSU and Clemson last year somehow catapulted the entire Louisville team into an upper-echelon team.

The problem with Louisville is that the don't play any defense. They were one of the worst in the country last year and they are right on track to be as bad this year. Jackson seems to blind people to that fact. The truth is, as a team, they've been downright average going back to the entire second half of last year. Jackson is really good, but his supporting cast sucks...and their entire defense sucks.

VT is a much more balanced team than them.
