If there are two lines of cars merging

i'm all about alternate merge.

But consider full speed down a 3 way interstate and the far left lane is ending (signs for two miles..........) and the interstate is becoming 2 lanes. And you are cruising in the center lane and some jackass is riding parallel with you in the left lane. Its up to them to speed up or slow down and merge over (and they shouldn't of been in left lane to begin with in this scenario so its double bad)
