It's implied by many of the post-game reactions.

Readjusting season expectations based on this game, whether it be adjusting their estimate of our season record, no longer believing we're able to make it to the ACCCG, or estimating that we will struggle with this or that future opponent, is implicitly saying that their previous estimations assumed we would beat Clemson. The same can be said for many who feel such apparent shock and surprise at the outcome. Yes, it's possible that their new estimations are based not on the fact that we lost but how we lost (presumably that we looked so poorly in losing that they now think of us differently). But I seriously question the judgment of people who fall into that category. After watching the season so far and tallying up the facts on paper, I don't see how anyone could have expected much more than what they got.
